Are you looking to get involved in Charlotte, meet new people, and make some extra cash? 

SportsLink relies on nearly 100 part-time staff members to facilitate our leagues, tournaments, and events. We're always on the lookout for talented, passionate individuals to join our team.

All of our part-time positions are paid hourly, and staff members are immediately enrolled into our bonus programs. Plus, you choose your hours! Our leagues are Sundays-Thursdays in the evenings, with events typically residing on Saturdays. While we love to pickup consistent officials and staff, we offer the flexibility for individuals with full time jobs outside of SportsLink.

OPEN POSITIONS

Our part-time staffing opportunities are the perfect way to consistently pickup extra cash if you love sports and socializing. Our referees and umpires generally make between $15-30 per hour, depending on the sport and your experience level, and our coordinators/event staff typically make $15/hour.

Referees & Officials

We are looking for qualified referees and umpires to officiate our games. While experience isn't required, an officiating background or significant sport knowledge is preferred for our officiating positions.

Event Staff

SportsLink hosts a number of local festivals, field days, and corporate events throughout the year. We are looking for part-time staff to assist us with setup and cleanup, coordinating activities or booths, etc.
