BASIC DUTIES:
- Organize and manage the staffing for all athletics programming. This includes hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, etc..
- Manage escalated issues with athletics programming (ie: higher level complaints, altercations at games, rules issues, staff no-shows, etc.)
- Manage field equipment, shirts, and more from inventory to logistics of getting equipment to part-time staff.
- Office support as needed (answer emails, answer customer service calls, manage rainout line, etc.)
- Additionally, with any small company, contribute and support other projects within the company on an ad-hoc basis.
HOURS/DAYS OF THE WEEK:
- Flexible, primarily 10am-8pm Monday-Thursday
- Occasional Fridays and Sundays, based on need.
PAY AND BENEFITS:

Pay runs between $40-50k based on experience.
