Christian is the fearless leader of SportsLink, having started the original company (Interlink) back in 1999.

We play a game called "Where's Christian" because you can find him at almost any Charlotte activity. He has played every sport in the book, but nowadays will most likely find him on the volleyball court or riding his bike with friends.

His passion for meeting new people and ensuring that everyone has a good time makes SportsLink what it is today!

Fun Fact: Christian has done multiple extreme races over the past few years. Luckily, he has only broken a few bones.

Over the past few years, Kristen has helped thousands of free agents find teams so that they can participate in our sports leagues. 

Although once a college soccer star and semi-pro player, Kristen has decided to turn her athletic abilities to cornhole, volleyball, and wiffle ball - all of which she is dangerously skilled!

Fun Fact: Kristen is a cornhole champion!

Bethany has been part of the SportsLink team for over 15 years, contributing in countless ways both out in the field and behind the scenes. She’s worked as a field coordinator, collaborated closely with field and senior staff, and taken on a variety of office responsibilities—including managing equipment, staffing, and payroll. Her experience and commitment have made her an essential part of keeping SportsLink running smoothly.

Outside of SportsLink, Bethany loves exploring the world and experiencing new cultures, having visited multiple countries and created once-in-a-lifetime memories along the way. When she’s not traveling, you’ll likely find her out playing sand volleyball or spending quality time with the kiddos who play such a big role in her life.

As the Marketing Director, Alex creates exciting opportuntities for local Charlotteans to explore something new, make new friends, and enjoy all that our city has to offer. Additionally, she helps us post these happy faces to our social media accounts.

Jesse has spent nearly his entire life immersed in competitive soccer, competing in two national championships and clinching a regional tournament title. Today, he brings the same passion to all sports, staying active through workouts and embracing adventures like traveling, trying new foods, and even skydiving.

At SportsLink, Jesse manages equipment and facilities while coordinating and refereeing leagues. He also supports operations behind the scenes, assisting with registrations, customer service, and keeping the website and league brackets up to date.
