Frequently Asked Questions
A Player's Card is an annual SportsLink membership that gives you access to all of our sports leagues. Members will also receive player perks like free parties, discounts on local events, etc. These perks are emailed to members on a monthly basis.
You can purchase a Player's Card for $40 in DaySmart. Please be aware that the price of a Player's Card will increase to $50 on March 1st, 2024.
All league registrations come through our website. If a league is not open on the website, it is either full or registration is closed.
In some instances, we give priority registration to existing teams and notify the captains directly. If a league is not full at that point, we will open registration to the public and notify anyone in our database that is subscribed to our emails.
Although we try our best to notify teams about game cancellations, we advise all members to check the Rainout Hotline (704-499-9160, option 2) or the Rainout section on our website to ensure that they will still have a game.
Our Player Portal is an easy-to-use online system through DaySmart Recreation that allows you to:
- Invite friends to join your roster
- View your schedules and standings
- Sign up for email game reminders
- Process your team or individual payments

We understand that forfeits are sometimes inevitable, but we ask that you call or email our office as far in advance as possible so that we can notify the opposing team.
In an effort to discourage forfeits, we do have a forfeit policy in place.
No-call, no-show forfeits may result in your team getting dropped from the league.
