- Top 4 teams make the playoffs. All other teams will have a consolation game.
- Any rained out games more than likely will not be made up and teams will be issued a credit (not refund) for a future season.
- League Start dates may be delayed due to prior season rainouts/circumstances.
- All Players must have a valid SL Passport to participate.
- This league will include mandatory pitching screens as part of our fall trial. Rules will be adjusted to include:
- Any batted ball that contacts the pitching screen is considered a foul ball.
- Any thrown ball that contacts the pitching screen will remain live.
- The fielding team is permitted to move the pitching screen after the ball is batted, including laying it down.

NEW TO CHARLOTTE OR DON’T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE FOR A TEAM?
Each year, we have hundreds of individuals join our softball leagues and make new friends! Whether you are new to Charlotte or don't have enough players to create a full team, we invite you to sign up as a free agent or play in our hat league.
When signing up as a free agent, you'll be placed on a house team with other individuals that signed up for that league.
The hat league is also a great way to meet new people, as all players sign up individually and get drafted to a team.
